Why Do Pilates?
Using the Pilates principles, I deliver functional and dynamic Pilates movements to improve health and well-being. I aim to help you improve your mobility, abdominal strength, back mobility and strength, posture, suppleness and flexibility, body alignment, balance, and agility.

If you have tights hips and non-specific back pain or stiffness, or general body stiffness, lack of flexibility and the ability to move freely, this is the class for you.

Fitness Pilates @ your house
Fitness Pilates is more of a functional approach to the traditional Pilates class. It still applies the main principles of Pilates, but it also involves more functional movement for everyday life. … Fitness Pilates will improve overall body strength, posture, mobility, suppleness, and flexibility with the main emphasis on your back and core muscles.
If you run, walk, play golf, or whatever sport and daily activities/sports you do, Fitness Pilates with regular practice will help you prevent injuries and improve performance. Even reaching into the top shelf in the kitchen or reaching around to get your seat belt in the car, Fitness Pilates will condition the body, helping it to move more freely and move well.
Fitness Pilates is more suitable for those who are already active or train regularly and who have no diagnosed health problems or injuries.
Online virtual classes have been extraordinarily successful during the Covid 19 pandemic. For now, I will continue to offer two classes.
